The Party is Over! 07/05/2009
I hope you had a great time yesterday! The weather was great! Today is the perfect day to do a long and slow cardio workout, just in case you over did it on hot dogs and ice cream yesterday. I would recommend making it a family activity with low intensity. Walking, jogging, bicycling, or swimming are great choices. Try to go long! An hour is preferrable. Keep it fun! |
