Happy 4th of July! Remember moderation is the key of healthy nutrition. It you're going to treat yourself, stick to a single portion. If you know you have trouble staying on track during holidays, make sure to do an effective workout. Try: 1 mile run, 20 burpess, 20 jumping jacks, 20 push ups, 20 explosive split squats, and 1 mile run. 30 minutes of pure fun... Enjoy!
