Fitness Boot Camp Light
I’ve been getting a lot of calls from sedentary people who are in desperate need to lose weight and want to start an exercise program to help with shrinking their waist and increasing their energy levels. While my regular fitness boot camp would be way to intense for people just getting started, I did go to the drawing board and crafted a new fitness boot camp light class that would suit these needs perfectly!
My new fitness camp light class is 4 weeks long and meets 3 times a week (M-W-F) at 5:00 PM for 45 minutes. It includes weight & waist measurements (both at the beginning and end of the camp) and an easy to follow nutritional plan. Fitness boot camp light is held indoors at the National Guard Armory in Boone and contains low-impact fitness boot camp including plenty of stretching and core (abs & back) exercises. It is a great program for people wanting to increase their fitness level quickly and eventually graduate into my regular fitness boot camp (and lose weight in the process).
Since it’s a group class everyone will participate at their own level so it doesn’t matter if you haven't exercised much lately … you’re going to get great results during these 4 weeks. Next Boot Camp Light starts Monday, June 28, 2010
Here’s what you need to know:
• Boot camp times will be 5:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the National Guard Armory in Boone. (I ask that you commit to these 3 times a week for best results)
• I am cutting the cost from our regular class price of $100 down to only $75 for this new program.
• I am also including a free lifestyle nutritional plan to help you get even faster results.
I want to get everyone registered for this new fitness boot camp light program as soon as possible. There are only 10 spots available and I am doing the registration on a first come first serve basis. So here is what you need to do to get in on the action:
