Fitness coaching combines listening and support with inquiry, accountability, expertise, inspiration, guidance and monthly workouts so that you create successful and meaningful changes and get in shape quickly. - Fitness assessment via the internet to determine your current fitness level.
- Exercise equipment & preference inventory so that you enjoy your new exercise routine and stick with it to the end.
- Program design & bi-monthly adjustments to best match your improving fitness level.
- Three (3) one-on-one 60-minute workout sessions (every 4 weeks) to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.
- Unlimited email access to me (your fitness coach) over the course of the entire 12 weeks to answer your questions or concerns.
- Weekly email follow-ups and encouragement to keep you on track.
- Easy-to-follow lifestyle nutritional plan for even faster results.
