Camp #5: Monday, April 29 - Friday, May 24 2013
Camp #6: Monday, May 27 - Friday, June 21 2013
Camp #7: Monday, June 24 - Friday, July, 19 2013

It is strongly recommended you start a camp at the very beginning to benefit from gradual progression and the nutrition booklet, but new participants are also accepted mid-camp on an individual basis and at a pro-rated price. Please contact Valerie to request a mid-camp start.

  • Regular Fitness Boot Camp meets Monday through Friday at 6:00 PM  for one full hour.
  • Fitness Boot Camp Light (beginners) meets Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 5:00 PM for 45-50 minutes.

Camps are held outdoor at the Boone United Methodist Church on 471 New Market Blvd. In case of rain, we'll be indoors.
