2012 Camps Schedule
Camp 1: Monday, January 9 - Friday, February 3, 2012
Camp 2: Monday, February 6 - Friday, March 2, 2012
Camp 3: Monday, March 5 - Friday, March 30, 2012
It is strongly recommended you start a camp at the very beginning to benefit from the fitness assessment and nutrition booklet explanations, but new participants are also accepted mid-camp on an individual basis and at a pro-rated price. Please contact Valerie to request a mid-camp start.
Camps are held outdoor at the Greenway trail in Boone, NC. During winter months or in case of bad weather, we meet at the National Guard Armory off Hunting Hill Lane.
Camp 2: Monday, February 6 - Friday, March 2, 2012
Camp 3: Monday, March 5 - Friday, March 30, 2012
- Regular Fitness Boot Camp meets Monday through Friday at 6:00 PM for one full hour.
- Fitness Boot Camp Light (beginners) meets Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 5:00 PM for 45-50 minutes.
