All Out Fitness Camp - Lose Weight & Get Fit Fast!

Camps are 4 weeks long & each workout lasts 1 hour. It is highly recommended that you start the first day of a particular camp, but new participants will be accepted mid-camp on an individual basis and at a prorated price. Please contact Valerie if you want to get started mid-camp.

We offer 2 different fitness camp options:

5 times a week for 4 weeks at $125 (Only $6.25 per workout)
·   3 times a week for 4 weeks at $100

Boot camp light is only $75 for 3 times a week for 4 weeks.

Fitness boot camp days and times:
  • Regular fitness boot camp: 6:00 - 7:00 PM (Every weekday: Monday through Friday)
  • Fitness boot camp Light (for beginners): 5:00 - 5:45 PM (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
